What would you want to see in a bankruptcy book?

    Well HHM, I think you took the premise to a very possible entree into the subject, "How to plan for financial crisis" just may attract attention. Certainly more agreeable than "Planning your inevitable Bankruptcy" or the like. I might have bought on to your title?

          Thanks folks, these are all great suggestions, most of which I'm planning on covering directly or indirectly in the book. I'll be going over what to wear, say, do at 341s, the (mostly unnecessary) obsession debtors have with the "dreaded" means test, exactly what exemptions are and their purpose, and what to do or not do before filing. Great suggestions you guys, it's great to know what people are interested in knowing about.

          The #1 thing I wish clients would do is "disclose everything"!!! I can't help you if you're lying to me or hiding things from me.
