Is there any way, aside from PACER, to get information on your bankruptcy trustee and judge (not who they are but specifics about other cases, etc.)?

Hi jennz1999:
Welcome to the forum. To answer your question: go to the website for your BK Court and district. Depending on the sophistication of the site and its webmaster, you should find specific information about your court's local rules and procedures and other information. In our case, we are in the Florida Middle District (Jacksonville), and in reviewing that site, I found the court's schedules, the judges in the district, and samples of their rulings. Here is a link to that site so you can see what I am talking about:
The United States Bankuptcy Court Middle District of Florida web site provides information and resources of the Bankruptcy Court for the general public and attorneys.
