I am just curious- once you file bk, what forms, info, paperwork, etc, do your creditors receive? Do they all receive a copy of the whole petition or just portions? I suppose it's to be expected and I shouldn't complain- but I'd feel kind of weird knowing all my creditors know all the info on there- like how much I make and my assets. Though we are expected to be a no asset case. I am not trying to hide anything, just kind of a private person. Don't care so much about the large creditors, but it's the smaller local ones that I'd feel weird about.

They receive a notice that you filed for bankruptcy. If they want further information they can request it, but most don't.Filed Chapter 13 02/2006 - Confirmed 05/2006 - Discharged 09/2011
