Live in Rochester File in Buffalo?

Since Buffalo and Rochester courts are the same district is it ok to file in Buffalo instead of Rochester? I hear Rochester is one of the toughest courts so I would like to file in Buffalo. If I do file in Buffalo will they assign the 341 meeting Rochester anyway based on my address?

    Thanks!

Not familiar with that area, but if you are honest, there is no such thing as a tough court.

Well right now I have both a w2 and and I run a side web hosting business. The web hosting business only makes about $110 / month where the business expenses are about $400 (Mostly server rental fees). I figure they might disallow the expenses being that they are considered the toughest court in the nation. If it's disallowed I will end up with too much disposible income for a chapter 7. I am under median though when including both w2l and business income.

It doesn't matter if you have to do a 13, because your payment will be reasonable.

        To lie, is fraud.

Well I am trying to file 7 not 13. All expenses are true, I run a side business so I just wanted to make sure the expenses are ok for a chapter 7.

You don't get to choose which court to file in. The court division is based on what county you live in.
