Approved for Capital One Blank Check...used vs new vehicle

I applied online & was approved for Cap One Blank Check for used vehicle. They quote a rate for 2011 cars, too. I'm assuming it has to be a used 2011? What if I find a reasonable new 2011 vehicle? Would I have to apply again for their new car Blank Check program? My truck that I own outright has started to have seemingly little things go wrong to the tune of $200-$550 per issue. Me thinks it may be time to trade her in. I have to ask the attorney tomorrow.
