    Finding an attorney - question

My husband and I are both filing. No house, just old student loans (I know not file-able), medical bills, credit cards.

I want an attorney that will do the work. I have my credit report but some creditors are 10 years old, I no longer know acct numbers and addresses. Some I dont see on our reports but I know they should be there.

Are there attorneys who do all this? or do we have to do this? (Make the list of creditors/addresses, etc)

Were in Connecticut if that helps.

I'm pretty sure that the attorney will pull the credit report and have all of that data available. The credit report that my attorney pulled had full addresses and account information. You are only filing against current credit cards, right? So older accounts won't really matter. From the data he/she pulls, you will verify and attest to it when it is put into the debt matrix. I hope this helps.
