Update on resetting filing dates and not requiring Schedule I

For those of your following our crazy Ch7 case, hurdle one has been passed! The judge granted our motion to waive the requirement to file a schedule I AND our motion to set a different time period for computing current monthly income (Oct to Mar). I am SO EXCITED! So, our income will be based on Oct 2010 to Mar 2011 (using projected figures for Feb and Mar).
