A signing meeting for me involves sitting down with my client(s), going through the petition page by page as they sign it and answering any questions they may have. I am very thorough, whether most attorneys spend this kind of time or not I don't know.

In order to file the paperwork, your attorney has to have original signatures. Our state even requires attorneys to verify original signatures in court at the 341 hearing.
