Do I let the courts no about my business Credit when I do a Consumer Bk
i lost every thing my small home business when i got sick, the debt is so small i am doing a payment it can be pay back in 16 months. The Consumer debt No.Will have to file. Do I let the Courts no about the business one how will the Business credit effect me in filing the Consumer one

It depends on whether you are personally liable on the business debt. If you are, then yes, you must list that debt in your personal bankruptcy. When in doubt though, list the debt.Pay no attention to anything I post. I graduated last in my class from a fly-by-night law school that no longer exists; I never studied or went to class; and I only post on internet forums when I'm too drunk to crawl away from the computer.
