    Coming Soon on Pacer

    Starting in early 2011, courts will begin adopting changes and new features.

    New features include:

    Digital Audio Recordings of court hearings.

    A RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed being added.

    Updated password security.

    And other features that really won't matter to most of you.....

    A list of courts providing audio files is available at www.pacer.gov

    I like the idea of RSS, however, I wonder how that would work as far as charging goes.

      The charges are quite high. For other types of Federal actions it may pay for a lawyer to review audio, but for bk for the most, there isn't that much to record. Five minutes average of 341 perhaps. 'Hub
