Question Motorcycle Title

Hello everyone,
I had a GEMB/Yahama loan for my motorcycle, it was IIB. Balance was around $3500.
After I filed BK I called GEMB to come get the motorcycle..but they never did. This account shows in my credit as IIB.
At this point I don't want the bike and want to get raid of it, GEMB doesn't want it and I can't sale it because I don't have clear title.
Should I call GEMB and ask them to send me a clear title. I'm welling to pay them $ 300/500 for it. So can sale it.

It's worth calling to see what they will take for the title. If you can sell the bike for anything above that it might be worth doing just to get rid of it.
