I am not seeing my BK on my credit report and the judgement that led me to the BK is still appearing not dealt with? I am not sure where to go with this? Do I simply send a letter along with copies of my discharge papers to the credit reporting agencies?? Thank you for your help.

did your atty file a motion to vacate the judgment after the discharge of your bk....??? because if you had the judgment going in, after the discharge a motion needed to be filed to have the judgment removed. i also believe one can do it themselves...but i'm not a pro se'er myself, however, many have done them my themselves.
the motion once granted becomes an order relieving you from the judgment...you usually need a copy of that order to get the judgment removed...however, if anyone knows anything else, i'm hoping they will chime in and add it!

I hate my attorney. I emailed and inquired as to whether or not this motion was ever filed. My response was a link to some state forms that I can fill out. I have no idea how to fill them out, and he didn't give me any information. Also, if I am reading the information correctly - I need certified copies of my discharge papers. Anyone know where I get those??
