AP: Surge in bankruptcies shows signs of slowing

Here is a link to an article I read today regarding the number of BKs filed for 2010 vs 2009. Generally speaking, south and east states seem to be slowing in BK filings and the western states have increased. There is also a comment on the 2005 BK law change.
