We are also looking at that venue for an owner carry condo or house out here in arizona but most of them want ten to twenty percent down. And on fha we can get into a home for 3.5 percent down. But we have to wait till we get the discahrge for the bankrupcty.

no problem it is exciting are you done with your bankruptcy did you say yours was a chapter 7 our 13 was like jail for the past 41 months horrible that is why we can not wait to send that last payment off the end of this month freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeedom!!!!

we were a no asset 7........surrendered our house after 33 years... so it was a tough time for certain....we lost everything in a blink of an eye...

but looking back...it was really the best thing for us and we are really happy here in our "new" home and "new" state...where the wind chill doesn't get -30 below!

i don't think i could have done a 13....i most likely would have ended up dead....i see people with these great attitudes like pandora...momo3 etc...i really admire and respect people like them and you that were able to make it through the hard times and hold your heads high.
