oh!! and NO closing cost like the BANKS...however, of course we are paying still for the title co...etc...and having a home inspection etc...just like a regular "bank" financed purchase....

but looking back...it was really the best thing for us and we are really happy here in our "new" home and "new" state...where the wind chill doesn't get -30 below!
i don't think i could have done a 13....i most likely would have ended up dead....i see people with these great attitudes like pandora...momo3 etc...i really admire and respect people like them and you that were able to make it through the hard times and hold your heads high.

Attorney's Duty to Continue Representation in AZ
Arizona local rules require an attorney to represent a Chap 13 debtor until Discharge, Dismissal or a court order allowing the attorney to withdrawal. http://www.azb.uscourts.gov/Default.aspx?PID=38LadyInTheRed is in the black!
Filed Chap 13 April 2010. Discharged May 2015.
$143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!
