Free Credit Report - Every 12 Months or Calendar Year?

One free per year. Is that in a 12-month period or a calendar year?
Can I pull up my DH's today in 2010 and then get another free one sometime next year in 2011?

My DH was an authorized user on two of my cc accounts. I've read before that one needs to check the spouse's report to see *if* there's anything reported from my individual filing on his report and if so then the cc company will remove it.

Should I check his report now or wait until after the hearing to see if there's anything popping up later, instead of now, on his report ?
Or, would it probably be on there the moment the cc companies knew I was filing CH 7?

My 341 hearing is Jan 10th.

Please, someone tell me if I can get those free credit reports today on my spouse (to check) and then 2011 would be a new year to get another. If there was something on it, it'd be there now, right? It wouldn't pop up later after my future hearing or discharge?

platter..i believe it is a 12 month time period not calendar.
I pulled my reports in April of this yr and went back in and checked them a couple weeks ago. I was surprised i could still see them!!
What i did was put in the report number from the last time i checked in April and i was able to still view them. You could give it a try. no harm in trying.

How soon *if* it would, do you think anything negative would show up on spouse's credit history? I wish I could recall where the post was where a guy said there was something negative on his wife's history and he called and the company removed it. Someone else said the same thing happened to their spouses's.

It's not supposed to show up on a non-filing spouse but I guess it oftentimes does. I just hate to pull up a free one right now (and have to pay to check again later) but I guess if we did and don't see anything, then either one of the cc companies should've already done it if it was going to happen.

Wondering if anyone knows of this happening and usually when? Think it would be better to wait until after the Jan 10th 341 hearing? (Surely by then it would be on his report if it was going to happen?)

did you pull ALL 3 reports at the same time last time.(your free yearly one)
You can also stagger the reports. Like pull one from EX and then months later pull from another of the CR companies and then later do the 3rd one.
Don't know if this is actually making sense. LOL

Hard to say how quickly something bad would show up....my guess is they don't waste time puttin on the "bad" stuff.

I've got mine in front of me , just goin over them. Kinda sad what they look like now ,,,from back in Apr.
Oh well, everything is gonna be OK.
