I just filed on 11/15 and my lawyer told me that my 1 time bonus payment on the 6 month look back had to be included in the income, which caused my payment to be at least 200 a month higher than it should have been. To me, its a catch 22, as if I make my payment for a good 6-8 months, then ask for the payment to be reduced because income has dropped, the trustee could turn around and say that I can afford to make it as I had been prior.

Then again if it occurs every year then I guess it will likely be considered regular income.11/23/'10-filed ch 13. 1/6/'11-341, confirmed. Below median. Plan completed 11/30/2015. DISSCHARGED 4/4/2016.JP
