    Banks Denying Online Access?

We filed for CH13 in November. Since then, I can no longer access the following sites online: Santander (car loan), CapitalOne Auto Finance, Citizens Bank (mortgage) CharterOne (equity). Now I have no way of confirming Mortgage payments or determining how much interest I have paid (for tax returns). The others are all in the plan anyway, but I would have liked to track progress.

    Is this typical?

I guess I'll need to call periodically to check...

It's definitely typical due to the automatic stay that goes into effect when you file.
Filed pro se, made it through the 341, discharged, Closed!!!

Yeah its typical. I had a car loan thru Santander as well, and two days after I filed I noticed that I was locked out from acessing my account online.

As stated, standard procedure. Don't worry about your taxes as they have to send you year end statements in any case. That does not violate your auto stay. It is tax law and I believe all W2s and 1099s must be delivered before February 1. 'Hub

Thanks for the reminder. I still have one auto loan that I'm reaffirming, so I just went in and printed out phone numbers, account numbers, etc so I won't have any problems with keeping these payments current.

I have a car loan with Toyota Financial Service, which I did not reaffirm in my chapter 7. I called them after my discharge, and they said they will not be sending statements, and I'm assuming there won't be any online access either. They said to keep sending payments as I have been. Apparently, they have no interest in repo'ing the car as long I keep making payments. I only owe 1100 bucks on the car by the way.
