Question Pre-discharge course timeline

We have drug our feet on getting the pre-discharge course (second course) done. I'm finding contradictory information on when the course needs to be completed by.

Is it within 45 days from the time of filing, or within 45 days of the 341 meeting???

Need to know ASAP if anyone can tell me! Thanks!!!!

So, Art, you can do it right now to get it done with. that way it is all taken care of by the time you have your 341. I did mine the day after i filed. Trustee was happy at the 341 to see that requirement was satisfied in his paperwork.

As others have said, do it and be done with it. I also had mine done by the 341 this way there was no question the trustee received it. Just do it and be done with it. If you wait until the last minute you may unintentionally be late with it.

I did mine on the day of 341 meeting, right after I got home from the meeting.
