Go digital. The courts take the paperwork in digital form anyway - the lawyers scan it and then upload it (at least in California they do, but it would surprise me if they didn't do the same elsewhere). I gave my lawyer everything on a USB key that was well organized into various folders - he loved it.
Credit card bills can be had online, so no need to scan them. Most banks have online access too, where you can download statements, so those can go bye-bye as well. Bills are a little trickier, but if you pay them with a check, then your online statement should have a check image which will likely obviate the need for the bills. Whatever remains you can scan, it shouldn't be that much by then.
