Qs about BK Forum Blogs

[Peeps]

Well this is quite possibly one of the dumbest questions ever but honestly, I did look in the help sections before asking…

If I want to do a blog entry, is it really just as simple as going to the blog tab and clicking the “create new post” button? I’m a very non-technical person and am concerned that the blog will materialize in the wrong place. Like a flashing billboard by the highway or something.

If I go to blog settings and click on “manage categories” are those specific to me? Y’know that fear of doing something that adversely affects the whole darn forum? Got it. Yes I know there should be controls in place to block misdirected actions of people like me, but sometimes I have superhuman powers when it comes to messing things up.

It's kind of embarrassing to even have to ask but, better safe than sorry I guess.

Peeps, click on the "My Blog" at the blogs page.
If you click on "Create New Post" from the "My Blog" page, you get the option to create a title and post to your blog.
If you click on "Blog Settings" from the blog page, you can customize your blog. For instance, you can choose who, if anyone, you would allow to comment on your blogs, etc.
