Our chapter 13 trustee filed a motion to dismiss. We then recieve a paper from the courts saying it will be dismissed without prejudice in 14 days. Our lawyer filed a motion to vacate the motion to dismiss. What does all this mean? Can we reinstate our chapter 13 or refile? Do we redo our plan?
