Timing for BK- Working as a temp after not working for a year

In June I saw a lawyer and was advised to quit paying everything, mortgage, 2nd and CC's. I've rescheduled the actual BKt each month as I just didn't have the money to pay for it with being on unemployment.

I now have been working at a temp position with a grand salary of 12.31 an hour. Actual take home, is a bit more than UI but nothing to write home about.

The position will end probably at the end of December.

Emailed my attorney and told him I would finally have the money November 6th. He said since I was working we would have to analyze the situation.

My question is since I have put it off this long, should I wait until after I am unemployed again? I hate to give up the money if they do not pass a new UI bill November 30. If they don't and I am unemployed again, what do I live on?

Should I wait to see what happens with UI on November 30th? That is when the extensions are set to end.

I am so confused and unsure. If I give him the 2100 - 1800 plus the court fee, that is a lot of money come the end of December and I still have not found a job.

The Sheriff's sale should go into effect in December although I've not heard anything from BofA since their last nasty gram in August.

I just don't know which way to go. My cc's (4) are all under 2000, most at 15-1600. It is the house payments that killed me. 1st, 2nd, heloc and a home improvement loan. House is under water 50k so am very willing to let it go.

    Advice?
