I just got am e-mail back from my laywer about completing our bk filing and having to miss a court appearance. It would be my 2nd time there, but I cannot make it due to work I cannot get out of. He said if I don't show up my options are to hire him to go ($100 if it fits in is schedule - it's Thurs morning). He said he wasn't sure it was worth the $100 for us to do it...but...we cannot handle the stress of what would come with a judgement. Otherwise it will be a default judgement. How long would it take for them to begin to garnish wages and freeze our bank account once I miss the court date?? We need to pay like $150 more and the $36 for the credit counseling and we just won't have that until atleast the 31st. 
I made another payment today and we are making copies of paystubs and tax returns today and going to finish filling out all of the paper work tonight, probably go ahead and do the credit counseling online as well as it's the only time hubby and I will both be home at night together where we won't have kiddos nagging us (how long does it take online???)
