Anyway. I'm confirmed and paying into my chapter 13. One creditor is HSBC and was through Kawasaki that my husband had. They did put a claim is as unsecured. My plan has made payments to it. Issue is the ATV was not paid off, so now its in the 13 as unsecured. So when we are done, does my husband own it? I really thought they would be the claim in as secured since it was an ATV, but they didn't
