      You just helped me also. I have things from when I was remodeling and my neighbor would really love them - lumber, paint, insulation that was miscalculated on how much I would need and I have held off selling him those things - because I wasn't sure and since I had not officially retained my lawyer - thankfully that will happen in 2 weeks- I am sooo glad i did not sell them because, as I told him. I wasn't sure what the Trustee would want and did not want to take chances.

      Am so glad I didn't do it, even though it would have helped pay for the lawyer earlier.

        Spoke to our attorney today on this, and he said we should wait till our 341 on the 8th, and at the end we can ask for permission to sell/dispose of some things.

          We sold a lot of things to pay the bills but nothing was worth a great deal of money. The attorney advised us that it would only be an issue if we sold something that was worth $10K or more and tried to hide the income.
