    I also remember Bandit.

I appreciate those who stay on, BK or not. I have still not filed after 4 years, but I have seen the collections post grow as the system began to implode in 2008. I still have a great deal to learn. It is hard to beat real-life experiences of others.
Yes Treehugger, thanks for those memories. I know I have missed many and that many I have not noted who post but maybe I just don't catch them when. I too miss "BigBoy" and "Bandit". I have been in contact with "Bandit" and he is doing well. He is moving on and although invited back for his great help, he has many irons of his own in that fire.

Mrs. and I consider this our home place, and we miss those who helped us so. We intend to stay right on, "god willing" as this now is part of our life. Those younger don't have time and once the new start becomes successful, they must proceed to make it better. Can't blame anyone for that. It is the American way.

We love helping others and for the price it costs us here, how could anyone go wrong? What a deal. 'Hub and Mrs.
If I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.

I agree with this, but I feel like I need to make my way back here. It's somehow easier when I know that there are others going through the same stuff that I can talk to, and still others that I could possibly help.

Well, nobody missed me, lol, but today is the 1st day I've been back in quite a while. Life gets busy, and sometimes you have to take a break from BK talk for your own sanity, but got a letter from the trustee yesterday (3 years down!) and got me thinking and wanting to post again. The site has changed since I was here last, but the good advice is still here from caring people, so glad that never changes!
          Filed CH 13 September 17, 2007
Plan Modified July 8, 2009 from $1100/month to $400/month due to change in income, finally discharged in July of 2013!
