Anyone have suggestions for a good BK attorney near Phila, Pa area?

I'm also in the Phila area and am looking for a good lawyer. So far I havn't been extremely impressed with any of the ones I've spoken to. None of them seem able to answer some common questions about PA local practice. For example, do PA courts allow a car "ownership" allowance on the means test when the car is paid-off and has no loan? Or whether 401(k) loan repayments or contributions are permitted in PA?
Hopefully, someone knows of a good one.
