Well, we are in month 11 of not paying CC's. We were served our first summons on Sunday. We aren't behind on anything with our CU though, so I can't comment on whether or not they take action faster.

We are in our 11th month of not paying CC's. We were served our first summons on Sunday. Now, we don't owe our CU any money other than our auto payment (which we are current), so i can't say if they sue faster or not.
