I've heard of WalMart money cards, very expensive. Any options left other than using money orders and haaving to mail payments in?

What sort of bills? If you mean things like utilities etc., that can be difficult.

You would need some sort of cash card backed by Visa or Master Card

i have been going to wal-mart and either having them pay my bills directly (not all of my bills qualify for this) or i just get a money order.
