How do i excape ?

I abandoned my house two and a half years ago. I filed Chapter 7 bakruptcy in July ,and went to the meet in August. I put the house in the bankruptcy . The bank still hasn't forclosed . My house has been vandalized and isn't worth fixing . The houses in the area are all appraised at low value even without damage. The bank doesn't want my house .
So my question is how do I get it out of my name?
My mother had a house two doors down that was foreclosed and filed on ,two years later the bank notified her that they forgave the loan and the house was hers she was responsible for it . We have the same leander so when the same thing happens to me how do I get it out of my name ?
If it goes to sheriffs sale for back taxes and no one buys it am I still stuck with it ?
And or if it gets condemed and needs demolished am I responsible ?
This is a nightmare .'' I HATE THIS HOUSE " its the whole reason for my bankruptcy PLEASE HELP!!!

Just to do a little brainstorming here, maybe some charity would appreciate having it?

• Maybe it could be used as a shelter for abused women or something like that?
• Possibly a church or civic organization might like it for use in some kind of community center--after school programs and the like.

See if you can donate it to someone. Of course this will only help (hopefully) once it's yours free and clear.
