Does anyone have any 2nd-time filing experiences they can share? We are filing for a Ch. 7 and, unfortunately, this will be our second time. We were discharged in a Ch. 7 eight years ago - mainly medical debt and a job loss.
Never thought we'd be back in this situation, but a year of unemployment for my husband, thousands of dollars in repairs to our previous home, a cross-country move, 3 major surgeries and a huge loss when we sold our house and here we are again.
Just wondering what it's like the 2nd time around and if you get raked over the coals because of it. I can't imagine anyone would voluntarilly put themselves through this once, much less twice. Any insight on what might be in store for us is appreciated!
