Collector calling at work even though I filed

Hello!! I filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy almost 3 weeks ago. One of the creditors has been continuing to call my cell and direct line at work. I notified the company of the bankruptcy and gave them my attorney's phone number. Today, the company called work and talked to a gentleman that works for me!! The strange thing is he is new and his number is not published anywhere.

I called my attorney but as usual, she did not return my call. I called the company again and the customer service rep said that they will discontinue calling. I thought that one of the benefits of filing for bankruptcy is that the creditors have to discontinue the harrassment.

Any one still being harassed ??

    Thanks!
    Becky

3 weeks... could just have passed in the night...however... if they do call you again or mail you anything:

get their name, employee number, company, etc and once you have that, tell them you have provided your Bk info XX times along with your attorney's name and number and that they are violating the stay for the XX time. You will be contacting your attorney to let him/her know as well as send out a letter stating this conversation took place and it will serve as an official notice for the XX time. Should they do it again, you will seek damages for violating the stay.
