Just curious, our 341 came and went but no one asked us for the statements. Will they ask us for the information before the discharge or can they ask after the discharge or perhaps will they not ask for it at all?

When we provided our information, our attorney said it was just in case the trustee wanted to see them, implying that in some cases they do not ask for them.Stopped paying: 08/10, Filed CH7: 08/27/10 , 341 & No Asset Report: 10/6/10, Last day to object: 12/06/10, Discharged: 12/07/10, Closed: 12/08/10

If you are under median you may not be asked. I was not asked, even by my lawyer. He said it wasn't necessary but the statement for filing day may be required. I brought that just in case but I was never asked for it at the 341.Filed: 6-7-2010 341: 7-15-2010 DISCHARGED: 9/17/2010
