Ch 7 discharge on 8/24, still receiveing bill from CU and telephone calls

As the title says. Filed back in May and discharge happened on 8/24. Why are we still receiving a bill from them every month and they'll call weekly but never leave a message.

If they were included in the filing and discharge, then send them a letter with a copy of the discharge, certified mail, letting them know that they are in violation of bankruptcy law and that you will be pursuing damages against them should they not immediately cease collection attempts on a discharged debt.
