Ebay and Bankruptcy

Hello all,

I have an appointment set with an attorney in the next week to see if I qualify for bankruptcy. In filling out his questionnaire, I wondered if the little bit of items I sell here and there on Ebay need to be listed? It is not a regular business for me by any means.....just a few things that I wanted to sell that I knew could get more that way versus a yard sale. I also have a Paypal account that I use for Ebay. Is that something that would need to be accounted for?

Welcome to the forum! I have a paypal account that I use for business and I did list it as one of my accounts. I would think that since all of your assets need to be accounted for then you would need to include the items you sell on ebay. Since I don't sell items on ebay, hopefully someone else can chime in on this. Good luck to you.
