My discharge was supposed to be on Monday the 23rd. Ive been checking pacer and it still hasnt been updated since 7/30 when they said the trustee was reporting no distribution. Just wondering how long it usually takes for pacer to be up to date?

It takes 60 days more or less from 341. PACER is pretty good at reporting, however you will get a snail mail report.
Then as above stated, you may call your case worker under the Clerk. If you have other situations as some glitch it could take 90 or longer. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? If you filed with an attorney you can also ask them if they received your order of discharge. On pacer it will have a date in which your case was discharged. It took over 80 days for mine to be discharged, because I had to finish paying my filing fee. You will also receive a letter in the mail of your discharge.Chapter 7 filed on 4/23/2010
