It seems like my my documents are tight and I am confident my petition is accurate and complete but what should I expect at the courthouse? Does the clerk simply stamp the petition or should I expect a lengthy process?

It will be very quick. Just stand in line and when its your turn you go up and she stamps all of the copies as received and she gives you back your copies and keeps the originals. Thats it. You will get stuff in the mail soon from your trustee telling you what to provide before the 341 (if anything, some trustees dont ask for much). Good luck to you.
