Got the following from court in Maryland . "You have until Sep 2, to file a motion to vacate the judgment stating a legal and factual basis for a defense . "
What does this mean ? I don't dispute owing the debt, just my ability to pay it .
My house and car are both upside down and my only income is from a non attachable federal pension .
My other assets are misc household goods valued approx 1000 . Can't afford either bankruptcy or a lawyer .
What can i do ? I am 72 years old and will die long before the mortgage is ever paid . I am about to give up driving so they can have the car after cap one reposses it .
Is any of this information considered a legal or factual basis for removing the judgment ?
I suspect the will illegally attempt to freeze my bank account . Is there any way I can interdict this action ?
