i am pre-bk (i.e., haven't decided to file yet). one of my creditors has filed to sue me. Can i later put this account into my bk?

You have to list every creditor on the bk paperwork. Often people file bk when they have been sued, received summons, wage garnishment, or in my case, got a levy, etc...

Not sure there's any other choice if one of the above occurs.
