Question Panel Trustee UST Clarification

So would it be fair to say the following about the trustees?

Panel Trustee:
Looking for hidden assets

UST:
Looking to see if the case is legit in general
Looking to see if they can convert the case to a 13

Can the Panel Trustee try to convert you to a 13? Or are they looking for the quick buck?

Can you guys/gals add to the responsibilities of each trustee?

UST is looking at the legitimacy of the case and whether you belong in the particular chapter of BK.

Panel trustee is NOT looking to convert you case, they have no power to do so.

Panel trustee is appointed to represent your creditors, collectively.
