garnishment after filing

Hi,
I just received in the mail a garnishment from my employee. I looked up my case and they are in my bankruptcy. I filed June 2 and I have my 341 meeting next Wednesday. I contacted my attorney but iam waiting to hear back. Any advise on what to do? I thought this was against the automatic stay or whatever it is called. Thank Tracy

This is probably a case of ships crossing in the night.

Your attorney will simply forward the creditor and your HR dept of the notice of BK and that should take care of it.
