yep. very good idea. i didnt think of that. and that will piss her off even more. list her as contingent with $0 balance.

also, put her full name and mispell her first name a bit. switch two letter only though.

She is a crazy ***** so who knows. That's ok I have my desert eagle waiting on her. Plus she's probably more broke than I am. I heard she just paid for a boob job.. (she works at a dentists office)..450 buck car payment..and she only makes about 1k a month..she likes to shop as if it is going out of style.. so pretty soon she might be on these forums lol.

Sounds like SHE DID YOU A FAVOR by dumping you for your friend...... LET HIM PAY THE FREIGHT FOR HER!!!

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

lol no he didn't know she was my gf.. he had never met her and didnt even know her name (i was at college she was at home.came for weekend parties etcetc.) She did know who he was though. Haha, if anyone is a baseball fan his dad coaches the Brewers (Ned Yost) Me and him are good friends though so I know he wouldnt do that if he knew we dated. (they met at a bar oddly enough) They didnt do "much" but enough for me to be pissed obviously so i dropped her quick.

Funny thing is, aside from the fact that I am going to file BK she dates real winners lol.. I was probably the best she had or will ever have. She's dating a guy now thats like 23.. no job.. kid with some other lady .. has had like 10 car wrecks..totaled all his cars. Has a record the size of who knows what. LoL funny how people go from non trash to trash.

Oh well end of my rant.

But you are right, i shouldnt worry about it.

umm, please only post facts on this site.

if you were to provide naked picture before and after then it would be allowed to say that though.

I have a dissenting opinion on this. How long ago was the car loan? I'd call the old GF and tell her she needs to refinance the car in her name. You don't need to tell her why, just that you are trying to make sure your credit is pristine and you don't need someone elses credit attaching to yours.

If her situation hasn't changed and she can't, then figure out what to tell her.

If she's a beoytch about it, screw her and let it go in the BK

bk is to protect ourselfs. its not a time to let others work a deal. even if they are the worst enemies.

she can go finance it if she wants. nothing to stop her. and even so he should list her anyways regardless. no matter what the end result it. bk is protection.
