I would stop the DMP, it really is a wast of your money, and start putting the money that you were paying towards your attorney fee for BK. And consult with several BK lawyers.

Close the account out that the DMP automatically withdraws the money from so that they don't continue.

Make a few appointments with BK lawyers around your area. After you do that, you will see that BK is quite more appealing than doing a DMP. I'm sure your credit score is in the basement and it doesn't matter anymore. What matters is saving what you can and eventually having a fresh start.
