Is it for your and Adversarial Proceeding in your BK, are you talking about state court?
No, I haven't filed for bk quite yet...I'm still trying to buy a little more time. This is a conference for a civil complaint filed by one of my creditors.
Find the text of your state courts rules of procedure. Those will contain a description of what the result of the conference will be.
In general, a case management conference is simply a scheduling conference. Set deadlines for exchanging documents, naming witnesses, filing objections, and setting a trial date. Since you appear to be pro se, the other attorney will take care of most of this.
