Does 341 day count as day one of the 60 day club?

Well many times it isn't exactly 60 days. For example, I just looked at Pacer and apparently I received my discharge yesterday. My 341 was on 3/15 so that is close to 65 days.

I thought it just automatically discharged on the 60th day.

The 60 day club isnt always the time until discharge, it's the window of opportunity that creditors have to file objections to your case. After 60 days I believe they are out of luck and can't file anything.

Discharge does not happen before 60 days, but if you are lucky you can get it on day 61. I'm sure everybody wishes that it was automatic like that. ;)
