I have never posted here before. I'm sure the admin and mods have run my IP to see if it matches any previous registered users. It wont match because I found this forum today. I immediately thought: wow it would be nice to help these people. Please see my other posts.

Just understand that the info I give in any other thread is 100% accurate and I will not steer anyone on this forum wrong._________________________________________

I did see a lot of over reacting but I saw you reacting also. If you can really help people here then I'm glad you are on board with us. The personal opinions though need to be left out and just facts addressed.
p.s. I did read your other postings and saw that you did offer advice pertaining to just facts.Filed Chapter 7 April 29th, 2010

In my daily life I am finding that attorneys are not overly helpful or informative to people filing bankruptcy. I'm pretty sick of it. There is a misconception that bankruptcy is all good. At the same time there is also a misconception that bankruptcy is all bad. I'm pretty sick and tired of seeing both. Ideally this forum can reach out to people before they file and can help them along the way or help them avoid it all together. Hopefully my input will shed a different light on the subject and help people know what to expect while going through this issue.
Thats all I want.

I am one of the few fortunate people in this world who love their work. I love seeing their mouths drop open when I tell them that there is no way in hell that you can put them in jail for being unable to pay their debts. I love seeing people like you when their mouths drop open when the judge orders you to pay my fees. Yeah, I get paid for what I do and have no guilt about it.
