Line of Credit with Employer

I have a friend considering filing...they are concerned about the credit card they have with his employer (Sears employee - Sears Credit Card) Can Sears garnish his wages?

Not without first filing a lawsuit and then obtaining a judgment.

Get mortgage modified: DONE! 7 months of back interest payments amortized, payment reduced over $200/mo
(In the 'planning' stage, to file ch. 13 if/when we have to.)

Citibank issues the Sears store cards, so I doubt there will be an issue.
