My first thought was original gangster, which seems appropriate when talking about credit card companies. I guess original guarantor is more likely, except that a credit card company isn't a guarantor. Original creditor would make sense, but a g in place of a c is quite a typo. Google doesn't come up with anything. Even this long list doesn't have anything that makes sense: http://www.acronymfinder.com/og.html
