Purchased New Used Vehicle
Hi!!!! I filed bankruptcy on Feb. 18 and had my 431 hearing on March 25th in the latter half of the afternoon. ON Monday, the 19th of April I purchased a used vehicle valued at about $5000. No, I did not finance it. The vehicle was paid for in cash. Is this something to be concerened about...??? The way that I understand it is that anything, other than an inheritance, does not matter after the date of filing. All in all my question is, is the new vehicle safe or are is the court going to come and swipe it away???
